As an new team member, you will be made to feel welcome and will be encouraged to take real responsibility as you learn.
Personal development plans
As a graduate, we will create a development plan for you. This will include rotations around the business so that you get a deep understanding of what each area does and meet more of our teams. We will also do our best to support your efforts towards a professional qualification. If you show us you are a high flyer, you will join our Advance Programme with greater opportunities for skills building, networking and mentoring with wider industry experts. While most of our graduates begin in London, we have teams in Dublin, Copenhagen, Bermuda, Miami, Dubai and Singapore offering the potential to work abroad.
Award-winning opportunities
We are proud to have been voted the ‘Top Company for Graduates to work for’ in the Accountancy and Insurance category, for the past four years by The Job Crowd and to be awarded first place for 2022/23. We were also honoured to have won the 'Best Results' in the Accountancy & Insurance category. In addition, we were voted first place in both the 'Company Culture' and 'Management' category results for Graduates.
