Thomas Beasley

Tom joined Chaucer in February 2020 to lead the International Casualty team focusing on the development and strategy of the overall portfolio. Tom has over 23 years of insurance industry experience starting in 1998 as a reinsurance claims broker for Marsh dealing with International Liability and property claims on behalf of various Lloyds Syndicates. After 6 years Tom joined DA Constable Syndicate 386 (now QBE) in 2004 as an outwards reinsurance technician before transferring to the International GL team in early 2006 to begin his underwriting career. Tom spent 9 years at QBE as a Class underwriter with a focus on developing the construction, Canadian & Australian portfolios. In 2013 Tom joined MS Amlin as a Senior Class Underwriter within the International Liability team where he developed both the open market and MGA offering across multiple territories. In 2010 he qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
