Tom Graham

Tom is responsible for the development and implementation of our emerging market treaty strategy in Latin America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He is based in Singapore where he is team leader for the Treaty Underwriting Team as well as supporting the Principle Officer as Deputy Office Head. Tom joined Chaucer in 2008 as a Treaty Underwriter and has over 20 years of non-marine treaty market experience, writing all lines of international non-proportional treaty, and retrocessional business. He started his career at Catlin Syndicate and was there from 2002 to 2008. He is a member of the LMA International Casualty Reinsurance Committee, the SRA Technical Committee and the RISC Organising Committee. He holds a degree Mechanical Engineering and is both ACII and FCII qualified.
