As a result, we created an employee-led DE&I Advisory Group to hear from, and magnify the voices of, our diverse team at Chaucer.

To help make a real difference in our communities and to inspire greater volunteer contribution towards improving disadvantaged lives, all staff receive two CSR days where they can step away from their desks, and help a cause or charity that means the most to them.

Driven out of our very own sports and social committee, we foster relationships by hosting regular social events through the year allowing staff to step away from the day to day. It can be anything from sports days, to summer parties, to fun runs. There is always an event to get involved in.
